Attorney Ebenezer Punderson
Ebenezer ("Eben") has practiced law in Middlebury since 1999. Eben grew up in Vermont and lives in Weybridge where he and his wife Jill raised their two children. He received his JD from Northeastern University, and his BA from the University of Vermont. Eben's practice focuses on real estate, land use and zoning, business formation and transactions, and estate planning. He is active in the community, having served on the boards of the Middlebury Area Land Trust, Addison County Community Action Group (aka HOPE), Frost Montain Nordic, the Weybridge School Board and Moosalamoo Association. Depending on the season and snow cover, Eben spends his free time cycling, hiking, skiing, hunting, and walking dogs.
